01Use of LifeCheck
LifeCheck is a wellness and self-improvement app that helps users build healthier routines through personalized education, daily check-ins, wearable insights, Apple Health data, lesson progress, and achievements.
You must use LifeCheck lawfully, only for personal wellness purposes, and in accordance with these terms and applicable platform rules.
02No medical advice or emergency care
LifeCheck is not a medical provider, medical device, diagnostic product, treatment product, disease-prevention product, or emergency service.
LifeCheck content, AI-generated lessons, quiz feedback, progress summaries, wearable insights, and wellness risk estimates are informational only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They do not replace licensed clinicians.
- Do not use LifeCheck to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
- Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of LifeCheck.
- For medical concerns, treatment decisions, or emergencies, contact qualified healthcare professionals or emergency services.
03Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, providing accurate account information, maintaining access to your email, and deciding which integrations and permissions to enable.
You must not misuse LifeCheck, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit unlawful content, or use generated content in a way that harms others.
04AI features
LifeCheck uses AI services to personalize wellness courses, generate lessons and lesson images, translate content, and provide wellness risk estimates based on user-provided answers and app data.
Data submitted for AI features may be processed and stored by AI service providers. AI-generated outputs are informational and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for every user.
05Subscriptions and billing
Access to LifeCheck features may depend on an active monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple App Store or Google Play where applicable.
Billing, cancellation, refund handling, taxes, payment methods, receipts, transaction IDs, and store server notifications follow Apple or Google platform rules where applicable. Promotional or sale plans may be offered and may have separate conditions.
06Third-party services
LifeCheck may connect with Apple Health, WHOOP, Apple, Google, app stores, Firebase Cloud Messaging, cloud storage providers, email delivery providers, and AI providers. These services are independent and may change, suspend, or revoke access under their own terms.
Wearable and Apple Health data may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. LifeCheck is not responsible for third-party data accuracy or service availability.
07Content, reviews, and app changes
Courses, lessons, images, quizzes, categories, reviews, app versions, and other content may change over time. We may update, remove, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, maintenance, product, or business reasons.
If you submit public review content, you are responsible for making sure it is lawful, accurate to your experience, and does not include sensitive information you do not want displayed.
08Disclaimers and liability
LifeCheck is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, specific wellness outcomes, or suitability for your individual circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeCheck and its owners, team, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible for health outcomes, treatment decisions, or actions taken based on app information.
